A GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE NO CONTEXTO NA GESTÃO DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

Resumen

Este artigo tem como objetivo principal analisar a Gestão da Qualidade dentro do contexto de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, tendo em vista que procuramos mostrar uma visão geral da qualidade e tratamos especificamente da qualidade em Recursos Humanos, na perspectiva de que é o trabalho Humano que constrói a Qualidade. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura de livros e periódicos e artigos publicados. Os resultados mostraram uma integração entre Qualidade e RH que é primordial para a eficiência da organização, porém, exige investimento e grandes esforços das equipes. Ou ainda, O RH deve agir de forma estratégica, pois é ele o responsável pela contratação e manutenção das pessoas, hoje o RH deve ampliar seu foco, de função administrativa tradicional, para uma função estratégica abrangente que envolva a busca contínua pela Qualidade.
